Rebekah Pasley-Rich

Rebekah Pasley-Rich is a Master’s-level Social Worker with 10 years of healthcare experience and 5 years in behavioral health leadership. She joins the team as the Director of Admissions, where she focuses on improving access to care and supporting individuals entering treatment during critical moments of need.

Her work centers on building responsive, compassionate admissions processes that connect people struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges to care quickly and seamlessly. She is known for staying steady in fast-paced, crisis-driven environments while leading with collaboration, clinical integrity, and a focus on reducing barriers to treatment.

She currently lives in Williamsburg, Virginia, with her wife and their furbabies, and has enjoyed settling into the area and its four seasons since moving in 2024.
